WaterSan® Oxipro refractory COD removal

Reduce the COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand) of the effluent.

Ozone to increase organic matter removal

Ozonation is an effective and efficient method to eliminate inert organic matter that can not be eliminated biologically (recalcitrant, refractory). With a tertiary treatment of ozonation it's possible to reduce the COD of the effluent to comply with the current legislation, or to reach the water quality parameter values for industrial water reuse.

Oxidation
Use chemical oxidation for the non-biodegradable inert COD.
Color removal
Tertiary treatment advanced oxidation removes color from the treated water.
We carrie out specific studies to analyse the technical and economic viability of ozonation in industrial water.
